Risk Assessment: We regularly assess and review the risks related to our supply chains and take appropriate action to address any issues identified.
Training and Awareness: All employees receive training on the risks our business could face concerning modern slavery. This training includes practical advice on how to assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in relation to various aspects of the business, how to respond if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking, and where to seek further information and support.
Reporting: Employees, partners, or any other parties are strongly encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions relating to compliance with this policy using the appropriate reporting channels established by Executive Golf & Leisure.
Recruitment: Our recruitment procedures ensure thorough checks are in place, including the right to work in the respective country, to mitigate the risk of human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
Continuous Improvement: We aim to continually refine and enhance our policies and procedures related to modern slavery. We seek to collaborate with relevant organizations and stakeholders to improve our understanding and approach to tackling this grave issue.
Regular Review: This policy will be reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary. The management team is responsible for ensuring that everyone connected with the business understands and adheres to this policy.
