Travel to the Scottish Islands in style

We know that your time is precious and that you appreciate the finer things in life, which is why we provide luxury transport to and from your golfing destinations. With the help of our exceptional travel partners, you can experience a truly breathtaking journey by helicopter or private aircraft, and arrive on time to play golf on the island of Islay, the Isle of Jura and the Mull of Kintyre.

Play Golf as Mother Nature Intended

In the southwest corner of the Mull of Kintyre, where the movements of sea, sand, wind and grazing sheep have intertwined over countless centuries, an outstanding landscape exists that is perfectly and naturally suited to the purest form of the royal and ancient game of golf. Nestled against the rugged dune-lined shores of the Atlantic Ocean lies Machrihanish Dunes considered by many to be the world’s most natural golf course. Here you’ll experience golf the way it began, playing against the  elements. And there’s only one thing better than a world class course. Two world class courses.

Machrihanish Old Course is merely a stone’s throw away in the quaint village of Machrihanish, situated on the western side of the remote Kintyre Peninsula. This is a place where the sky looms large over a breathtaking landscape and where the air is slightly warmer as a result of the Gulf Stream. But it’s also very tranquil making it a perfect place to escape to when the hustle and bustle of everyday life begins to take its toll.

Machrie Links – Queen of the Hebrides

Set in the beautiful dunes of Islay, Queen of the Hebrides, The Machrie Hotel & Golf Links enjoys an enviable location, nestled beside seven miles of pristine beach in the Inner Hebrides. Golf has been played at Machrie Links since 1891 and it’s a course steeped in history and tradition. Whilst it was modernised as recently as 2017, the dramatic setting of Laggan Bay has few equals and the ever changing nature of the terrain make Machrie’s Links a name on many golfers ‘bucket list. The scenery, wildlife, coastline and the friendly hospitality of the locals also ensures Machrie is the perfect location from which to explore Scotland’s endless west coast.

Ardfin Golf Links – Amongst the World’s Elite

Over in the Isle of Jura, more commonly known for its Scottish whisky traditions, lies 11,500 acres of land, covering ten miles of the southern coastline. It’s here that you’ll find a modernised estate which is known as Ardfin Golf Links. Situated either side of Jura House, a cliff top location overseeing the Isle, the course is a rugged mixture of land, peat, rocks and sand which has been completely redesigned and is now regarded as one of the top 100 courses in the world. Financed by Australian tycoon, Greg Coffey, Ardfin is intended to be an ultra exclusive investment, which will appeal to the golfer with the means to play this logistically difficult, but beautiful course.

The Ailsa Course

The Ailsa, Turnberry – A True Golfing Masterpiece

For anyone that witnessed the famous ‘Duel In The Sun’ between golfing legends Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus on the final day of the British Open in 1977, the Ailsa Course at Turnberry lives long in the memory. Home to four Open Championships, there are few more inspiring places to play golf than the legendary Turnberry course. Named after the third Marquess of Ailsa, who owned the land on which it was built, this one hundred year old course was completely transformed in 2016 by golf architect Martin Ebert following a substantial investment by the Trump Organisation. This transformation makes Ailsa the number one ranked golf course in the UK & Ireland. Set alongside the glorious Ayrshire coastline, with Arran and – eleven miles out to sea – the volcanic Ailsa Craig as a stunning backdrop, it’s one of the finest golfing destinations in the world.

Trump Turnberry Hotel – Enchanting and Exceptional

A five red star resort, Trump Turnberry’s idyllic coastal location is easily accessible. Set within 800 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside, Turnberry is the final word in luxury and opulence. After the delights of playing any of the above golf courses, experience warm Scottish hospitality when you dine in one of several memorable restaurants and bars, or you could simply relax in the sparkling spa.
