Playable all year round, this must play golf course on the North Wales coast is the only Open Qualifying venue in Wales, as Chris Chance, the Club’s Secretary explained in a recent interview: “Over the past six years Conwy has hosted the prestigious European Amateur Team Championship in 2009, the S4C Wales Ladies Championship of Europe in 2010 and its third European Senior tour event in 2012. Next year we host the R & A Boys’ Home Internationals and in 2016 we host the LGU Ladies’ Home Internationals.”
